Tasks and areas of responsibilities:
Technical execution of online marketing development projects and campaigns
Drive Novozymes Customer Center and our online marketing solutions
Engage with other relevant stakeholders to secure a mutual exchange of opportunities and needs
Drive and execute online campaigns and conduct user surveys and other online activities, and act as technical super user in Novozymes web solutions
Drive and develop new and improved functionality on the online marketing solutions
Consolidate campaigns in current solution, and be in compliance with the overall web strategy from a governance point-of-view
Drive SEM and ensure SEO is at optimal performance
Develop, test and optimize email campaigns and landing pages
Drive the reporting metrics and be able to articulate what is happening in each channel, why and what steps are being taken to optimize results
Manage, drive and grow online affiliate programs and coach/mentor managers to maximize channel volume, efficiency and conversion
Identify and procure, performance-based advertising and advertising partner marketing opportunities across industries - Participate and lead Campaign process improvement projects
Manage Search Engine Optimization and Marketing for all micro sites
Inspire & encourage use of e-marketing tools to improve campaign effectiveness (micro-sites etc.) Share learnings and successes with industry marketing silos
Proactively manage partners/agencies Coordinate and support online marketing projects from a technical perspective
Coach by leveraging best marketing practices and sharing knowledge across industries
Evaluate campaigns effectiveness (qualitatively and assist in assembling quantitative stats)
Conduct inspiration sessions both within department and relevant stakeholders to facilitate better practice sharing
Manage CMS system development
Experience (required for the position):
Preferably have 3+ years combined experience working with the above mentioned areas within an international Marketing or IT department or in an online advertising agency
Ability to soft-code, collect, analyze and optimize online marketing solutions
Work on development of new website templates in .html, .xml and .swf
Advanced skills in SharePoint 2007, eCommerce Server and other Microsoft applications
Advanced skills in web analytics (Omniture, Google or equivalent)
Some experience with database management and e-mail marketing
Excellent communication and coordination
Education and skills (required for the position):
Posses an MA or BA in Marketing or IT Documented experience from working in an international environment
