Key Goals (the purpose of the position):
Coordinate, support, and execute online marketing projects and solutions
Be responsible for all content on our online marketing solutions Act as super user in Microsoft SharePoint and eCommerce Server
Tasks and areas of responsibilities: Coordinate, support, and execute online marketing projects and solutions
- Edit and update Novozymes Customer Center and our other online marketing solutions
- Support and improve online marketing content processes with industry marketing
- Secure mutual exchange of opportunities and needs for online solutions
- Drive and execute online content upload across all industries
Be responsible for all content on our online marketing solutions
- Drive CMS to ensure optimal performance - Develop, test and optimize email campaigns and landing pages
- Participate in campaign process improvement projects
- Manage Search Engine Optimization and Marketing for micro sites
- Share learnings and successes with industry marketing
- Proactively manage partners and agencies Act as super user in Microsoft SharePoint and eCommerce Server
- Coach best marketing practices in CMS and share knowledge across industries
- Secure CMS end-user training progress in all relevant industries
- Conduct inspiration sessions both within department and relevant stakeholders to facilitate better practice sharing
- Manage CMS backend development and future functionality
Experience (required for the position):
Preferably 3+ years combined experience working with the above mentioned areas within an international marketing department in a company or an advertising agency
Experience with our preferred Content Management System (CMS) Microsoft SharePoint (MOSS 2007 and eCommerce Server)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Vast experience with writing online B-to-B marketing in English
Some experience with database management and e-mail marketing
Fluency in written and spoken English
Education and skills (required for the position):
Posses an MA or BA in Marketing or Communications Documented experience from working in an international environment
